In Europe, where basketball leagues other than the NBA are most interested, there are world famous basketball talents in countries like Greece, Spain, Germany, Slovenia, Serbia, Czech Republic. So much so that some of them have managed to rise to the world’s most prestigious league, NBA. Luka Doncic is the athlete who meets the youngest championship at the European Basketball Champions. The Slovenian basketball player wore his country’s basketball national team in the 2016 European Championship with 9 points 6 rebounds and 16 assists. Doncic, who is just 18 years old, preferred to stay in the Real Madrid basketball team in Spain, despite receiving an NBA bid in 2017. He preferred to pursue his career with this preference and made his place in memories.
Today, there are dozens of European basketball players who play in the NBA, the most popular basketball league in the world. Peja Stakovich, Drazen Petrovich, 24, and Dirk Nowitzki, 25, were the youngest athletes to win championships in the local leagues in their respective countries, along with Tony Parker, 25, of the NBA’s San Antonio Spurs in 2012.

Interest in basketball is increasing day by day by all young people. The main reason for this increase is, of course, the fact that it is easy to play as a competitive and entertaining sporting scene in the streets that have grown. Thanks to the fact that in recent years the popularity of basketball players has increased and the media has become more interested in other sports, it is likely that many more young players will announce their names in the basketball for years to come. Not only for young people but also as a sport for everybody, young and old, basketball, especially the NBA league, will always be a favorite sporting event. It is no coincidence that all sports fans are mostly involved in the first three of the sporting branches they are interested in.
